Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to potential future shipping delays, such as weather or shipping provider transport issues, processing time may take an additional 48 hours after the time of purchase. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping on domestic orders under $100.00. We offer shipping to countries outside of the continental United States, based on our carrier rates, which are subject to change. 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Kevin State Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. While the Kevin Tate Store does provide international shipping, we do not ship to the following countries: Syria, North Korea, Bhutan, Iran, Palestine, Kosovo, Taiwan, Vatican City (Holy See), Afghanistan, Russia,  Somalia, Palestine, Pakistan, Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, and Belarus. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nice529@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
